I have users that are no longer able to access apps via Metaframe through our WebVPN
These users are using the Java Client for Metaframe. This was working until recently. The error they receive refers to an expired cert.
The most significant recent change was the renewal of our SSL cert. I am running a 3000 using 4.7.2I software as a front-end for our Citrix environment, which is running Presentation Server 4.0/Web Interface 4.0.
Has anyone had similar experiences? Any thoughts?

This problem is caused by the concentrator not properly bundling the intermediate certificate when it is sending the java client and certs down to the client.

Thanks for your reply! This problem was resolved by using a single-tiered cert (we used GeoTrust, there are others - EnTrust, etc.) We also found that the Citrix client needed to be at the most recent version.
