Lost VPN Access

We are running a Cicso PIX 501 Firewall appliance on our office network. We have two out of town offices that use a pre-designated PC for VPN. They log in through the firewall and then using remote Desktop they log in to their respective PC to access and use a General Ledger program as well as access the main network server. Everything has worked perfectly until this week, when we lost all VPN access. We can log into the Firewall fine. Once there though we can not get any further. Remote desktop does not work. However, we can access the two VPN systems via Remote Desktop from within the local network itself!? This is my first experience with a Cisco Firewall and I have no idea how to troubleshoot the issue. Can someone help?

We are using Windows SBS 2003 on the server, and Windows XP Pro SP2 on all client machines.

I have this problem too.
