I'm seeing event ID 1001 in the Unity server's event log. It has this content:
Logging of all report and diagnostic data will be limited due to lack of free disk space on drive D:\ where less than the threshold, 104857600 bytes, is available. The existing diagnostic logs will be recycled until more disk space is freed. Data logging will be suspended until more disk space is freed. The threshold is configured in the registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\AvLogMgr\1.0\DiskFreeThreshold, in bytes.
The problem is that there is about 50Gb of free space on the D: drive, which is more than the 100Mb referred to above.
What do you think?
This is a Unity 4.2.1 system.

Hi David,
I did some research on this and did not find any known bugs. All of the TAC Service Requests that had this same error were resolved by freeing up space on the drive in question.
If this is preventing you from capturing diagnostic data, I'd suggest that you open a TAC case to have some further investigation.
I hope this helps.

Thanks. I'll do that and report results here.
