E1 voice and data

Hi,

I need an urgent solution. We implemented an E1 link for a client with a Radio link for redundancy on our mpls vpn.

However data traffic doesn't pass over the E1 link. However the Radio link supports both.

My configurations have been check on both the e1 controller and the serial interface. farming is crc4, channel-group 0 timeslot 1-34 speed 64 have also be configured appropriately.

Do you have any suggestions as to why data traffic is not passing through the E1 link?

Timeslots cannot be 1-34.

Can you give "sh run" and "sh int" output?

i also believe the timeslots are wrong. it can be either 0-31 or 1-32. chack with the service provider or else try configuring both one at a time, to see which one works.
