hi all,

there is any function on callmanager 6, can permit an user to intercept or kill the call of another busy user?

Yes, please clarify your problem.

If im understanding correctly u may want to use CallPickUP funtion.

IP Phone A|PSTN user --> calls IP Phone B

IP Phone C press CallPickup and call starts ringing IP Phone C

the scenario is:

phone a is talking with phone b.

phone c for an emergency want to talk soon with phone a, but the line is busy, so we need a solution to kill the call a->b, or join in.

Third party solution.

IPcelerate. You can send a message to the IP phone screen and the phone. (or to a group of phones.) I don't remember what happens when the person is on the phone.
