I retrived this debug form sccp:

Nov 16 12:12:44.257: SCCP:send RegisterMessage

Nov 16 12:12:44.257: SCCP:send IpPortMessage

Nov 16 12:12:44.257: SCCP:send MediaResourceNotification

Nov 16 12:12:44.281: SCCP:rcvd RegisterRejectMessage

Nov 16 12:12:44.281: SCCP:rcvd register rej reason: Error: DB Config

I use the ccm6 with a 3825(with ios ver 124-15.T) as gw.

This is my config on 3825:

sccp local GigabitEthernet0/0

sccp ccm identifier 1 version 5.0.1

sccp ip precedence 3

dspfarm profile 12 mtp

codec g711ulaw

maximum sessions hardware 4

maximum sessions software 40

associate application SCCP

sccp ccm group 999

associate ccm 1 priority 1

associate profile 12 register MTP001BD4DCAC20

any idea?

Looks like it is rejecting your registration.

First two things to try.

1. Make sure the name in CCM matches the name you gave it in the router.

2. Make sure you configured the right type of device in the CCM.

ty for your replay, i change the version option to the 3825 to 4.1, now the debug error i retrived is:

sym_xapp_process_ccapi_events: minor is ZERO - should be non-zero for CCAPI event

any suggestions?

that is commonly caused by choosing the wrong xcoder type on CCM, maybe it's IOS enhanced but you configured regular xcoder.

check that, also try to take out the version command from MTP config

In 6.1(2) under CCM Admin > Media Resources > Media Termination Point > Add New > you get a drop down box with only 1 option "Media Termination Point Type Cisco IOS Enhanced Software Media Termination Point"

The version type is required in 12.4.22T, you can't add it without a version, you get a error;

Voice_Gateway2(config)#sccp ccm identifier 4 version

% Incomplete command.

Voice_Gateway2(config)#sccp ccm identifier 4 version ?

yes, but that config is for a XCODER, not for an MTP

I just did an upgrade from CCM 4 to CCm 6 with gateways running 12.4.15T7. I couldnt get my CFB and XCODER to register until i removed the ver staement.

In 12.4.15T7 , you should be able to configure your sccp config without the version statement.
