desperately going around in circles within EDS help system and CISCO closed doors. :-(
I have a Dell D620 laptop, and external monitor. When using dual screen, if i attend a MeetingPlace webconf, and try to share an app, my colleagues only see a BLACK box in place of the app i am sharing (MS Excel for example). If i turn off one of the screens via software or laptop keys, the app is instantly displayed. Enable the second screen and same problem.
