CIPC cannot participate in conference

CUCM6: when i try to join a MeetMe conference or even start an ad-hoc conference i receive a fast-busy tone. Normal IP phones (7961) work fine. Is it a transcoding/DSP resource problem?

Make sure you have correctly configured a media resource list for CIPC.

Thanks for your answer: the problem though was that I had the CIPC configured for low-bandwidth. The moment I unchecked the option, everything works fine.

By setting up a transcoder, you think I could use G729 and still be able to use conference features?
