I have not being able to get the URL for the new logo working.........I am deploying it for a vast amount of phones.
I created the desktop folder as indicated on the technical paper. But When I reset the phones, they do not pick up the logo from TFTP.

Which model phone do you have?

7941 Series using CCM 4.2
I was able to create the image under the: C:\Programfiles\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops\320x196x4
But I get a really bad image...the whole background turns black on the phone display

I appreciate you have attempted to change the logo but is the procedure documented for this model?
