Dear sir,

Iam having cisco cat lyst 4503 switch chasis with 3 slots

my doubt is this switch is comes under catagiry L4 or L3

and 3560 also l3 or l4

plz give reply

That would depend on what supervisor model you place in the chassis. If you have a supe IV or higher, you will have plenty of routing abilities L3 and L4. If you use a supe II, then you will have basic routing abilities in static routes and maybe RIP.
