Is there any method to find out what other side is sending for negaotation.
Like can we configure any syslog server or will debug shows the results of other side.

Hi
If you want to see what is being sent in real time then just turn on debugging on your firewall or router
debug crypto isa
debug crypto ipsec
will show you what the other side is proposing as long as they initiate the connection.
