Can LMS give all informations about devices from different vendor based on MIB? Can I make a group of new class of devices based on it? Can it also give all characteristics of the link, like CIR, BECN, FECN etc? CAn it show the efficiency of QoS policies and classes of services that were defined?

Can it be integrated with RMON2 data sources or Cisco Netflow Collectors?

LMS only supports Cisco products, and does not support any other vendors devices.

If you want QoS info on Cisco devices I would recommend QPM (QoS Policy Manager), rather than LMS.

LMS is primarily for topology map, alarms, config management, and syslog.
