Failed to access ACS SE console after bootup

Hi,

I set the baud rate to 115200, when ACS SE bootup it display the bootup message, I failed to console in using the same baud rate after ACS SE fully bootup.

I had try all the baud rate setting but failed to access through console.

What could be the problem, console port failure or the setting on ACS SE?

Is it a new appliance ? What is the message you get on console during boot up ? Ia it happening after configuring initial setup and reload ?

Hi JG,

It's production unit where I can access using GUI.

When I reboot the ACS SE, I can see the bootup message from the console using 115200.

After fully boot up, the console port cannot be access even though I can the baud rate to all other setting.
