Static route issue with Dynamic IP from DSL - ASA 5505

Greetings all!

I have an ASA 5505 connecting to a Bellsouth (ATT) DSL modem, via PPPoE. Everything is running great, but I've ran into a routing issue that I need help with.

To get me online, I have 1 static route setup:

outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 72.155.106.221 1 None

The 72.x IP is a dynamically assigned address that I get from ATT. Once that changes, I'll have to change my route to get online. Is there anyway around this or an easier way for me to put this rule in so I don't have to constantly change the IP?

Thank you everyone.

Check you dhcp configuration on WAN interface.

I believe that you need to add setroute option.

Like this:

ip address dhcp setroute

Thanks. I've removed the default route I made and changed that interface to set the default route. Things still work, so we'll see.

I appreciate it.
