Cannot see any alerts/any reports generated after end-to-end call test

After Changing the MOS threshold into 4.5 and configure the spanport of the Switch port where Sensor is connected,and by doing End to end test from Synthetic Phone tho Real Phone to see if the sensor is working, the result is I don't see any report at service quality alerts , in normal way you can see the that there is one call violated the mos value because I change the threshold to 4.5 but during my testing I dont see.

Is there someone that can help me with problem and I appreciate if your help.

MOS are calculated based on the codec type and takes into account Delay Impairment and Equipment Impairment.
