Dear All,
I had router 1841 and i want configure failover( i had 2 ISP).
could you advice me and give some documentation ?
i cannot find document.

Failover configuration is based on how you connect your ISP.
By static Routes means:
>>You can configure the Floating Static Router by varying the AD values.
ip route xx.xx.xx.xx 255.255.0.0
ip route xx.xx.xx.xx 255.255.0.0 200
By Protocol Means:
Eg: OSPF - You can vary by means of COST Factor.
