User Tracking Utility problem with many search requests

Dear All,

I have strange problem with UTU. it works well with one request, but if you do 3 and more searches within short period of time it stops responding for 30 seconds and then give the error - NO RESPONSE RECEIVED and another one - NO MATCHING RECORDS for host/IP .

Does anybody have idea?

What OS are you using for your server, what hardware are you using (CPU, RAM), how many end hosts do you have in your current inventory, how many devices are in your inventory, and which version of Campus are you running ?

it is installed on ESX Server, W2003 Enterprise, 5000 end hosts, 400 devices, CM 4.0.9.

no clue?

or it could be again vmware issue?
