Subscriber is unable to call to an overseas callmanager, however can receive calls from the overseas location. When the subscriber is taken offline and phones are forced to register onto the publisher then the problem is corrected. However when switching registration back over to the subscriber the problem comes back. Verified all of the settings and couldn't find the difference. Trunks were restarted multiple times and couldn't find what could be wrong. Any ideas on what can be causing this or any ideas of where i should look? thanks
