Dear Friends
I am having a problem with MCS, i am able to login in to CLI but when i access the Call Manager from another system through explorer it prompts me for the username and the password when i try to login with the same username and the password as of CLI its does not accepts and i am unable to login in to cisco call manager administration, please help me out to fix this problem

Did you setup the system? The OS administrator log is normally different than the application user.
Whoever installed the system setup (2) accounts.
the CLI is the OS administrator. (UN and PW)
then the application or administration of CCM is another account and PW.
They typically are not the same accounts.
try using
ccmadministrator
and your CLI password. (OS password)

thanks for the reply i will try as what u have said butis there a possibility in case if i need to reset the call manager username and the password from CLI

You can reset the OS password from the CLI, you cannot change the user name for the OS.
