What report give me the reason codes that I configured in Desktop Administrator. I see the report that has the system generated reason codes. Not looking for that one.
In Historical Report run the Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary. The click Detailed under filter Parameter selcet Reason Code, add the Reason you setup in desktop administator
