Problem calling out -Cause i = 0x80B6 - Incoming calls are barred

Dear All,

I landed in some issue with making outbound call from Phones registerd to CCM. Setup is depicted below

POTS-->PBX--->GW-->CCM

GW is configured as H.323. From PBX there is a PRI lines with 50 DID coming over to one of the controller in the Gateway.

Logs is mentioned below :-

70752 is registered with CCM

calling 19173495672

Hi,

The PBX is telling clearly that it doesn't accept this typo to call (it seems to me you expectation was that the PBX would send that to POTS). If you call a PBX extension does it work ?

In this kind of setups is generally better to have the router conencted to both PBX and telco, because the PBX can be difficult or impossible to configure for your needs.

The output provided was from the GW which is the cheese between two half of Sandwich(PBX and CCM)

No, I am not able to call the extension which are part of PBX.

This is the test phase and option of connecting GW to telco is ruled out. May be input specific to some instances when someone has carried out integration with existing PBX will help .

Is the message the same when calling PBX extensions?

Ultimately you need the PBX configured for this work. What is it ?

the guide above is for integration with unity, you may need the pbx documentation or help from the vendor.

the above guide is ther with me too but regarding Intecom pbx talking to CCM, I didn't get anything as such ..:-(
