IPCC Enterprise Mobile Agent capabilities

We are considering deploying IPCC Enterprise "Mobile Agent" to one of our customers. This configuration will have the agents using CAD but voice will be delivered on a PSTN/PBX phone.

My question: In this configuration (where there is no IP Phone) is call recording and silent monitoring supported.

I have this problem too.
