UM 4.2.1 - Message notification is sent every 5 minutes and doesn't stop.

Only set to "Work Phone" with

schedule of 24x7

restart notification eac time a new message

devise does not answer

8 rings

4 times

15 min btwn tries

device busy

4 times

5 min btwn tries

If notification fails, send notif to none

Hi,

Any chance you have the radio button "Repeat notification if there are still new messages after this many minutes" selected?

If not, you can get more details by enabling the Unity Diagnostic Tool>mAcro traces>"Traces for other Notification Problems"
