Problem in accessing the server

Actually I have configured the pix 515E. I can access outside as well as dmz server can also access the outside, but I m not able to access from inside host to dmz server and also can u tell me that through this configuration anyone access the dmz server from the outside.Plz reply it asap. Sh run is attached.

I feel the you need to add the command static (inside,outside) x.x.x.x x.x.x.x netmask 255.255.255.0 0 0 where x.x.x.x refers to the subnet configurd on PIX interface.
