Phone ring 2 times and disconnect

Hi.

I have continuos problems.

Now, with statis-tei 0 , the connection is ok.

But when i received a incoming phone, the phon ring 2 times and i can't answer the call.

This is debug.

A reason why you'll get a call drop as soon as its picked up after ringing is mostly due to incompatible capability information

negotiated on e.g. codec mismatch.
