You are hitting bug :CSCeh30975

Hi,

CSCeh30975 is:

"DSP not released and port stuck when on-hook after fast-busy tone", so it doesn't seem to apply to the problem in case.

I'm not sure why sometime bugs are blamed in an apparently random manner on this forum.

hi mate,

I've hit the same issue.

Were you able to fix it?

Thanks!

Hi.

i install Version 12.4(13r)T

Regards

yes, like I thought, it's most probably an IOS bug.

I am on ·         c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-15.T13 at the moment, the issue appeared after upgrade from the same feature set 12.4(5b).

I am with a TAC engineer at the moment, will see what he will come up with.

the TAC engineer didn't find any configuration issues and after two hours of work asked if I care for upgrade to a newer release.

I've uploaded 12.4.22(T2) and the problem was solved.

He could not give me exact BugID for this issue.

The version of IOS which you are running isnt 14.x.  That doesn't exist; you should paste the output of 'sh ver' so we know what version you are running.

The above post of upgrading to 12.4(13r) also is isn't a valid release.  That's the bootstrap version, not the ISR version.

There were some bugs regarding call collision which you may be running into here.

Can you give more information on what VoIP protocol you are running?  If you can get applicable VoIP, CCAPI, and POTS debugs for a call failure, we can dig deeper into this.
