What do you mean by crash? Did the switches reload, or simply lock up? If they reloaded, you should have a stack trace that can be used for analysis (show stack). Please post that stack trace as well as a show ver.
Looks like you might have stumbled across a new bug. The crash decodes to a problem with VRRP. You should open a TAC service request with the crash_info and a show tech.
In the meantime, you should exclude these devices from Campus Manager discovery.
