Having an odd problem where if I enable my VT Advantage, I can only call phones that have cameras. All other calls are dropped immediately after I dial the number. I have check the configuration on the CCM and it indicates that a video call should be retried as audio only call.
We are currently at 4.1(3)sr5d and at 2.0.3 of VTAdvantage.
I see the problem with my 7961 and with my IPCommunicator.
I would check the bug tool kit but that seems to be having its own problems today. Any thoughts besides upgrading to 6.x?

Can you tell me how the Video traffic is being sent and received?

video is point to point, from my pc to a polycom h.323 unit. we currently do not have a MCU in the network.
but why would having the video enabled and running stop calls to non-video endpoints fail?
