3750 does not show some ports in entPhysicalTable

Has anyone seen this or know a workaround? 3750 switch 12.2(25)SEB4 the small-form factor GBIC ports do not all appear in the entPhysicalTable of the ENTITY-MIB. If I remove and then re-insert the ports that are missing, the port data begins to appear in the entPhysicalTable. If I reboot the switch, the data is missing again. I'd appreciate any help.

I have several similar case for this issue, and we were solved by upgrading the device package.

Please upgarade to Cat3750.cv50.v5-1.zip.

After installing, reload the stacked device and then try to launch CiscoView. If the problem still persist please send me the output of SNMP walk of entPhysicalTable (.1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1)

Thanks for your help. I upgraded to the latest released fw and that fixed the problem.
