Problem with auto registration Call manager 5.1

I am running a CM 5.1 with BAT. I keep getting "registration rejected: Error DBCo..." error. I have unchecked the Auto-registration Disabled on this Cisco Unified CallManager. I have enough auto registration numbers. But I am still getting the above error.

Can someone help me out on this? I am running Call manager 5.1.

Make sure auto registration is enabled on the callmanager pub under system menu as well.
