A number of devices show up as failed in RME Collection. The error is TELNET: Failed to establish TELNET connection to x.x.x.x - Cause: Authentication failed on device 3 times. PRIMARY-STARTUP config Fetch Operation failed for TFTP. SSH: Failed to establish SSH connection to x.x.x.x - Cause: Authentication failed on device 3 times.

All the devices in error are reachable via TELNET when checked manually. TFTP and SSH are not configured so their error is understandable however the TELNET error is puzzling

This indicates that there was some authentication problem when config archive tried to log in to this device. Since you're using telnet, the quickest way to see if there are any obvious problems is to start a sniffer trace filtering on tcp/23 traffic to this device when running an archive sync. Typically, the most common cause for this error is bad DCR credentials.

Thanks, that was the problem
