FWSM version 2.3 some nat statements disappear after rebooting

SHOW RUN and SHOW RUN show all the commands as expected including all the nat statements. After reboot some of the NAT statements are not there. SHOW RUN and SHOW START doesn't have some nat commands

For example the last rebbot showed te following command was missing:

nat (cbd_pub) 0 access-list cbd_pub_TR

Althoug before the reboot SHOW START and SHOW RUN had this command.

It is not always the same command that goes missing, but they are nat commands.
