hi all,
we configured a 7960 device profile with 7914 module for presence and sd. We see the 7914 lamp off when the directory number is free and red when is busy. No steady green/amber, no flashing green/amber...
Where we made the mistake?

You can check the details of this bug:CSCsl38701. try upgrading the phone load it should solve the problem.

Hi, CSCsl38701 is "The flashing shared line button is not able to resume a call in case of a cBarge by another shared line".
Beside not looking applicable, the bug is still unresolved and no FW upgrade would help.
