Agent desktop disconnection

Hello all,

I have an unsual issue with one of the 15 agents of the contact center : his agent desktop is disconnecting randomly. There is no network failure behind, so I don't know where the problem come from.

Do you have an idea?

We found an error once with the 7961 (or 7941) that was connected through a 2950 series switch. If you are using that combination, you'll have this problem. Basically if there is a 2950 switch anywhere between the 7961 and CCM the phone will unregister about once a day. The 2950 seems to eat a keepalive packet from the phone causing it to unregister for a second. The software is very sensitive to this.

Right now there is no fix action.
