I can point you in the right direction. It is going to be on the caller input page.
I could help more if there was a better description of the issue.

I need to know how it is cut. by the reciever and by the sender. I think I know the answer already.
so 2 questions
when the reciver get the voicemail what excatly happens. how is it cut off?
when the sender leaves a voicemail what happens. does Unity cut in and say "Thank You" or something? or does it just cut off?
do you have voice boards in the system?

Ranpierce
You explain.
The function that performing cisco Unity, is to record a conversation.
The IP Phone A call to the PSTN (B). When establishing the call is a conference to another DN that this forward to Voice Mail.
This is recorded in the Unity.
If the sender (IP Phone A) sends any DTMF in the call, the recording in Unity is cut, but the call of (A) to the PSTN (B) continues.
Disable all messages in Unity

The Unity is connected to a cluster of Callmanager.

Sorry but back to these questilons:
when the reciver gets the voicemail what excatly happens. how is it cut off?
do they just listen to the voice mail and are listening and in the middle it stops?
when the sender leaves a voicemail what happens. does Unity cut in and say "Thank You" or something? or does it just cut off?
If you were to reproduce this how would you do it exactly.
when leaving a voicemail press a key? What would the sender hear? That would be in the voicemail?
I really need to know these answers.
