Cannot receive incoming calls from POTS

I was asked to troubleshoot a cisco 3725 router from a client and it can make outgoing calls to the POTS but cannot receive. i wonder if there is something wrong in the dial-peer config because i could not even make calls and after changing the dial-peer destination-pattern to 9T now i can make calls. I also wonder if it's something i nned to chang in the tranlation-rules

If you have a translation profile applied to a DP then ensure that the incoming or called number match a specific rule or you DID configured on your incoming POTS DP.

Can you post the configuration and the output from a 'debug ISDN q931' when an incoming call is attempted.

This will indicate how many digits are presented by the Telco, it will then be a case of determining how these digits are transformed and either routed to your VoIP DP CallManager session target, or directly to an ephone-dn if you are using CME.
