I am hoping to add a reporting field to an existing script which takes the average hold time for all CSQs (is that even an option via wildcard or something) and poplate an integer variable. With that variable, I then run an if statement telling calls to either go to the on box queue or ship the call off to a third party CC. I have not seen a way to monitor all CSQs and have the statistic generator in the script average the number out. Does anyoe know a way to accomplish this task?
