Cisco RES Admin account creation

Hi all,
we have registered to Cisco RES envelope service and successfully provisioned our encryption profile. How can we create our administrator account for our accounts on Cisco RES portal?
In the CRES Admin guide it seems to be an automatic procedure but we haven't received any communications from Ironport?
Anyone has already tried it?

We've tried to register an admin account, however it doesn't work at all. Although having an IronPort / PostX SE with us while doing this we were unable to create that account.

Still waiting for a feedback from IronPort / PostX for almost one week how to fix it.

The admin account is automatically configured when you provision the encryption profile from the appliance.
The account configured is the one specified as reference contact during the appliance purchasing order :(

The admin account should be every technical account registered with us.
