scenario: 3 routers a,b,c conected in tandem.will router a have c's arp entry if manually configured with arp?in default a will have only b's arp and b will have a's and c's.

Over a lan each router will have all the needed arp entries. What is your worry ?

ethernet - so A doesn't need C's ARP entry and viceversa, as they are on different subnets.

Router's store arp only for its directly connected device.
A have ARP for B
B have ARP for both A & C
C have ARP for B
