Need a Solution connecting in optical fiber serv and clients

I have 1 server based in Windows 2003 server. It's situated about 3 Km from 30 pc (clients). What solutions Can I have to make to create a communication Server-Client and create my domain on this server?? Want to communicate through optical fiber from one place to another.

The distance exceeds the maximum length for multimode fiber so you are oblidged to install single mode fibers.

Preferrably, install a switch on both ends and plug your SFP's in them. Then attach the server on one side and the users on the other. I am quite confident that a single 1G will suffice so there is no need for more complex configurations.
