Link Drop after few minute.

Hello,

we are facing a problem in main bandwidth link, bandwidth is terminated on a Cisco 3550 Switch, and then routed to 3660 Router, we have almost try every possible scenario, but facing still problem, e.g, changing fiber cable route, fiber modules, router (7206, 2621) but probem is still there,

This dropeg does not creat effect on Browsing, but VPN clients disconnected and VOIP connection disconnected because of this dropeg

From the graph it looks like you are facing complete outage at frequent intervals. If this is for ISP link, then corrdinate with them for getting it rectified.

As far as voice & vpn is concerned, you may prefer to apply Qos but that wont be effective until u get the circuit rectified by provider.

Hi,

Is the router has a lot of traffic to deal with. Type in the hidden command sh int switching. if you have a lot of runts, your route processor can't handle the traffic

"show interface switching" command, and currently we are using 3660 Router, and total bandwith is STM-1.
