On Campus Manager, topology view, the routers are displayed disconnected from the switches, why don't i see the link between the switches and router?

what Version of CM you are uning?
Do you have CDP enabled on the devices?

what subversin? You need to be more specific.
4.0.0 or 4.0.3 or 4.0.9?

therefore i assume you are running LMS 2.5.1.
There were issues like that in the older CM Versions on the 2.5.x train and should now be fixed.
You should obtain the free Upgrade to LMS 2.6 and then upgrade to CM 4.0.9.

True i am running LMS 2.5
