IPCCX 4.5 endpoint monitoring

Can anyone point me the steps needed to configure endpoiont monitoring ( not span monitoring) with IPCCX 4.5 ?

Any referance to document also apreciated.

Hi,

For endpoint monitoring, basically the Agent PC is connected to the IP Phone switch, they share the same switch port. For supervisor is the same configuration. The agent telephone, for this kind of monitoring would be 794X, 796X and 797X.

Thanks for the support.

SPAN monotoring requires all agent IP phones and the IPCCX + CCM servers to be in the same VLAN.

If we use endpoint monotoring, does the agent phone and IPCCX servers should be in differant IP subnets ? OR can they be the same ?

Yes, they can be on different subnets.

The endpoint monitoring can be used on both cases: in the same subnet or on a different subnet.
