500 express configuration archive

Hi all.

I tried to backup the configuration of a 500 express switch, just in case of a failure and replacement event.

I used network assistant 5.2, but the backup always fails. I suppose it is not a firewall issue, as I put my PC on the switch management network and I see tftp port open on the "netstat". Any hint?

I just pulled the flash card out of the UC500, with the router off, and used a flash card reader on my PC.

I opened a TAC and we found it was something related to the java machine version on the laptop.
