Troubleshooting and solving network issues is the most challenging and important task for a network professional.

Unfortunately Cisco has removed the troubleshooting exam in CCNP.

What do think?

I have this problem too.

I am guessing that Cisco would tell you that a separate course in Troubleshooting was no longer needed since this is covered on a per topic basis throughout the rest of the CCNP track.

While this is certainly true to some degree, I did enjoy the old troubleshooting class and can still see the need for a “pure” course in that subject.

Who knows - maybe this will be an elective someday or something.
