Dial-peer question

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble trying to route calls through an IP trunk for some reason.

I've got the following two dial-peers:

!

dial-peer voice 5 pots

description Primary Outgoing Line

preference 1

destination-pattern 1T

port 0/1/1

forward-digits all

!

dial-peer voice 20 voip

description VoIP Trunk

destination-pattern 9[12]...

session target ipv4:172.30.0.10

no vad

!

The problem is that when I dial 91, the line goes out the voice port rather than the voip trunk!

As seen, there are two needs:

1) when dialing 1xxxx, it must go out the voice port

2) when dialing 91xxxx, it must go out the voip trunk.

Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this ?

Many thanks.

Can you possibly post the output of 'debug voice ccapi inout' when you dial 91..., this will determine how the digits are being matched.

Incidentally, on your voip DP you have only specified 3 digits after the explicit match 9[12]... Should this be four as inidcated in your needs, or did you mean 9xxxx?

Can you run 'show dialplan number 91234' and 'show dialplan 1.........#' capture and post the output.

Regards

Allan.
