What would be the correct Hardware to connect:

AN E1 ISDN Connection to be terminated on a HDSL modem and then to a CIsco Router - WIC-2MFT-G703/WIC-2MFT-E1 OR Cisco E1/T1 ISDN PRI Network Module or something else???

Hi, if no PVDM2-xx in the box (do show diag to know), you need VWIC-1MFT-E1 or VWIC2-1MFT-1E1/T1, and a PVDM2-32 to support full 30 channels, or a smaller PVDM2 size like 16 or 8.

yes, there is a PVDM2-64 installed, will a VWIC-2MFT-G703 work for this as well?

Yes. Your telco will present an E1 interface to which you connect the router.

Note, you don't need, the G.704 version that is used only when unframed is desired. The basic vwic or vwic2 is enough.
