Conferencing and Transcoding issue

Hi

we have an issue with interconnecting CCME and CCM.

CCM is in HQ and CCME is in Branch office.

Calls between HQ and Branch office are working fine.

but conference and transfer is having issue.

conference is working if transfer is initiated from HQ.

when we start a conference from BO gives a message "" cannot complete conference ""

intersite transfer is also not working.

i have configured Transcoding and COnferencing in CCME.

im attaching the config .

Are you using trunk between CCM and CME or h.3232 gateway? Check Sh sccp parameter is up and the region is configured with g711ulaw.
