WCS questions..

1. can WCS be accessed via a wireless connection.... i am able to access the WLC's via wireless but not the WCS. is there a way?

2. howcome when i modify the configuration on the wlc, it is not updated immediately on the wcs? sometimes it takes hours before the changes are reflected or updated. and vice versa... if i modify the configuration from the wcs, the wlc takes time to update the changes?

1. WCS is normally manageable via wireless, so probably a LAN problem / restriction.

2. WCS to WLC should be (just about) instant. WLC to WCS takes time because the WCS poll-time is pretty slow. You can manually force WCS to update its self by doing the following from the WCS GUI;

Configure > Controllers > Click the tick box(es) next to the controller(s) you're interested in > Click "Refresh Config From Controller" from the drop-down box at the top right > Click GO > Decide whether you want to keep existing WCS Configs, or delete them and only use configs you're picking up from the WLC's.
