SNMS and WhatsUp Gold problems

Hi,

I installed SNMS 1.5 with Resource Manager Essentials 3.5 IDU 11 and Browser Patch, and every necessary device package for the devices I need to monitor.

I got 2 problems :

The first one is that WhatsUp gold doesn't always start when I boot. The process is in the task manager, but even when I kill it and try to restart WhatsUp Gold, nothing happens.

The next problem (if I get lucky and I get a WhatsUp Gold window) is that when I try to export devices to Essentials, the status window that should display the number of devices and their state shows 0 device imported. No matter what I do (I reinstalled the software a few times), I never see any device in "pending" or any other state.

I'm really stucked right now, so I'd be really grateful if someone could help me.

One problem solved.

I had to properly configure SNMP in each device to be able to export them into Essentials.
